How we handle your information.
Eidetic Design collects very little, uses it only to talk with you about your products, and deletes it when you ask.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, the form asks for your name, company, and email address, and optionally your role, a product count, and your company website.
If you email us, we keep the email and anything you attach.
How we use it
We use it to reply, to scope the work you asked about, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
Who handles it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, which processes them on our behalf.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record aggregated page views and performance measurements. They set no cookies and do not identify visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we are in contact, and afterwards for our business records.
Ask us and we will delete what we hold about you, unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below.
We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's federal privacy law.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
